Remove the bungi cord from the ramp and set the ramp at it’s mounting position. Do not 
rotate the lift nut any more than is necessary to align the holes in the lift nut with the holes in 
the ramp. Replace both lift nut mounting pins. Replace both retaining clips on the lift nut 
mounting pins.

Set the on/off switch in the “on” position. Thoroughly test all lift related functions per Section 
Three.

Set the on/off switch in the “off” position, replace the front cover per Procedure 6.1.
