PWS APK-1 Hose Installation Diagram

Slide a Nut/Cone/Ring over each end of the1/2” OD tube and insert the 

    

hose into each elbow.  Slide the nut to the threads and tighten using a 10” 
adjustable wrench.  Use caution.  Do not over tighten.

 

14. 

Screw the third elbow to the outlet of the pump. Tighten with a 10” 
Adjustable wrench in a position that will work for routing the hose to the 
faucet (usually toward the ceiling or floor).  Be careful not to over tighten 
as you could damage the pump.

After checking that all fittings are tight, turn the storage tank upright  

 and reinstall the charcoal filter canister and water distiller head on the  
 storage tank.  See 

Control Cable Connection Diagram 

above.   

 Reconnect the control cable plug on the storage tank to the control    
 cable receptacle on the bottom of the water distiller head by turning  
 the plug until the splines lock and then turn the locking ring until finger  
 tight.
