4. Cook More Option: After each cook cycle, you will be able to select additional cook time if
desired; ex.+10s, +20s, +30s.
(Note: The oven only gives 10 seconds to make selection before going back to normal menu screen.)
5. Cool Down: Press the On/Off key and open door slightly to cool faster.
(Note: The cooling fans will remain on for appx. 20 minutes after the unit has been shut down.)
Creating Recipes
When creating a recipe, all the variables mentioned earlier should be considered.
To get faster results in the recipe creation, we suggest to begin programming at 1/10 of the total time
of preparation used in a conventional process.
Later, combine the hot air speed variations to reach the desired crispness and color. Remember, the
hot air also transmits heat to the food so keep that in mind when setting blower percentage.
The food’s weight, size, and shape are critical when setting the total cook time.
The following information is critical when creating a new recipe.
• The initial temperature of the product will change the desired results if not considered
• The size and/or weight variation o f the portion of product will also play a big role in
determining the correct settings.
