12) Please make sure that the Bluetooth Manager icon remained at the taskbar. If the
icon disappeared, launch the program again. There are few scenarios that the taskbar
icon may disappear:
 Exit button is pressed. This will cause the entire application to close

Soft reset button is pressed. All the running application will be exited.
13) If the device is suspended, make sure the Bluetooth feature is turned ON after
turning on the device. Check if the Bluetooth Manager icon is available on the
taskbar or not. Go to the Start -> Settings -> Control Panel to launch the Bluetooth
Manager , if the Bluetooth Manager icon is unavailable on the taskbar. Once the
Bluetooth Manager icon is available on the taskbar, you may perform any other
Bluetooth application.
14) If soft-reset of the device is pressed, all the application is exited. First, turn ON the
Bluetooth feature on the Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Power Control .
Then, go to Control Panel and launch the Bluetooth Manager . Once the Bluetooth
Manager icon is available on the taskbar, you may perform any other Bluetooth
application. It will be connecting to the latest connected device before soft-reset and
if the device is not disconnected.
15) The connection will remain until the device is disconnected or is being hard-reset,
which is Restored to factory setting .
