User may scan and pair with other Bluetooth devices such as mobile phones, PCs, laptops 
and etc. 

 
In order to connect to another device, user needs to scan for the device first. Make sure the 
other Bluetooth device which wish to be connected is in the coverage.

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Bluetooth Manager
