Filling the spinner up with hydraulic oil
If a spinner is available, filling it up with oil is necessary.

Now, your gauge is ready for an operation!

Step 1

Remove one of the plugs (Fig. 28)
using an Alan key (size 5/32” )
 Step 2

Purge the spinner with hydraulic oil
using a handpump oiler (Fig. 29)

Step 3
 Re-install the oil plug
Max. Downhole operation time (Flask tube is available):
4 hours at 350
°
C or
6 hours at 300
°
C or
8 hours at 250
°
C or
10 hours at 200
°
C or
12 hours at 180ºC
You MUST wait at least 30mins until the tool is cool enough to open the
battery housing. This will prevent damage to the threads.
