11. Fault Analysis and Handling
Fault code Cause Solution
0 Poor communication
between electronic meter
and controller 1. Inspect whether connecting line between
electronic meter and controller suffers from
poor contact.
2. Poor contact of main IC of
controller. Reinsert it.
3. Power of controller is abnormal. Replace
controller.
0 Protection against blast
shock 1. Open circuit or poor contact of motor.
Replace motor or check connector.
2. Breakdown of power tube. Replace power
tube or controller.
0 Failure of ascension
learning Replace ascension motor
0 Overcurrent protection 1. Overload.
2. Resistance of running platform is too high,
and it shall be oiled.
3. Motor is damaged. Replace it.
0 Error in power-on self-test
of controller Replace controller
0 Loss of parameter Replace controller or input parameter again
12. Daily Maintenance
Maintenance of electric treadmill:
Appropriate maintenance is the only way to keep your treadmill in optimum state. Wrong
maintenance will damage or shorten the service life of treadmill.
Important reminder:
•
Please don't clean the treadmill with sandpaper or solvent. The controller of treadmill shall not
be directly exposed to sunlight or damp to prevent damage
•
Frequently inspect and lock all parts of treadmill and immediately replace the damaged parts.
