TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

PROBLEM SOLUTION
NO POWER
With a volt meter (VOM) check
• Red & Blue wire should read +12 to +17 VDC
• Black wire should read -12 to -17VDC
NO SOUND
Check input device
• Make sure your device is paired with the PS-200
• Make sure your PS-200 is powered up, press and hold the
Power Button
SOUND CUTS ON/OFF
Check input signal
• Make sure you are within 30ft of the PS-200
NOT ABLE TO PAIR
BLUETOOTH DEVICE
Check
• Make sure no other device is paired (only one device can be paired
at a time)
• Make sure Bluetooth is turned on from your device
