Hydraulic Adjustment

1. OPEN LID

2. REMOVE SIDE COVER

(HELD ON BY 4 SCREWS)

3. INSERT GAUGE INTO
THE LIFT SIDE OF THE
CYLINDER

(MIN 5000PSI RATED GAUGE)

3. RE TIGHTEN 8 BOLTS
AND RAISE THE STAIR
UNTIL THE CYLINDER IS
FULLY EXTENDED

4. ADJUST THE BUFFER TO
GET SOME CRUSH WHEN
IN THE RAISED POSITION

6. LOOSEN BRACKETS AND
ADJUST AS REQUIRED

5. MAKE SURE THE
“GO SWITCH” STRIKER
IS ABOUT 5MM FROM
THE SWITCH
