4.2 ROUTINE INSPECTION

Regular inspection is the key to preventing breakdowns and prolonging the life of the equipment. Follow this
simple procedure faithfully.

1. Daily

a)  Check that the nozzle on the spray wand is not clogged or worn.
b)  Check that the PUMP OIL LEVEL is within operating range on the dipstick or sight glass.
c)  Check that the WATER SUPPLY is adequate.
d)  Check the CHEMICAL SUPPLY.

2. Weekly

a) Check the PRESSURE HOSE for wear and damage. A local hydraulic hose service dealer, or

your equipment dealer can repair a damaged hose.

b) Check WATER INLET FILTER.
