INSTALL EXTERNAL BATTERY PACK
1. Check the battery power level before each use.
•
The battery is not fully charged out of the carton. Charge the battery
before first use.
2. Install the battery by aligning the rib on the battery with the groove on
the battery port and push forward until the latch clicks.
3. Remove the battery by pushing the battery lock button and pulling the
battery free.
OPERATIONS
WAXING
1. Check that the work surface is free from debris, dirt, oil or grease before
polishing.
2. Set the tool's speed by rotating the variable speed dial to the appropriate
number. Speed increases as higher numbers are selected. The speed can
be changed without turning off the tool, as long as the tool is no longer
touching the workpiece.
3. Apply wax or polish to the bonnet, following the manufacturer's
instructions for the amount and method.
4. Firmly grasp both handles.
5. Place the polisher on the workpiece.
6. Do not turn the power on yet. Move the polisher around in a circular
motion to spread the wax.
7. Set the speed and turn the the polisher on.
8. Position the polisher so that it does not touch anything.
9. Start the polisher and allow it to attain full speed.
10. Apply the wax to all flat surfaces with broad, sweeping strokes in a
crisscross pattern. Apply the wax evenly over the surface of the vehicle.
11. Add small amounts of wax to the bonnet if needed. Only apply after
stopping the tool.

Saturating the bonnet with wax or polish will make application more
difficult.
