7. Put the Hose Reel Roller on the
Frame, Mount the Crank Hub (L) to
the Frame, and fasten with the two
Bolts (12) and Nuts (11). Fig 8
8. Attach the end of the Water
Coupling (J) to the Frame with
two Bolts (1) & Nuts (11). Fig

9. Place Handle (F) onto the vertical posts of
Frame, Fasten with two Bolts (2), Flat
Washers (12) and Nuts (11). Fig 10
