1. Place Frame (A1) into Frame (A2), then attach two Support Brackets (K) on
both sides of the frame, and connect them with two Bolts (6), Flat washers
(12) and Lock nuts (11). Fig 1, Fig 2
2. Stand frame assembly upright. Slide each Axle (B) through both ends of
frame, Mount the Wheels(C) into the Axle (B), and fasten with the Flat
Washer (10) and Lock Nut (9).Fig 3
3. Attach the Hose reel (D) to the one side of the reel Roller (I); fasten with six
Bolts (5). Fig 4
