1. An unbalanced motor or load creates
vibration. Check for excessive end play or
loose parts.
2. Realign the motor and load. Check end play
by trying to move the motor shaft in and out.
Add end-play washers as required.
3. If the shaft is bent, replace the rotor or
motor.
Worn or poorly
lubricated
bearings.
Damaged or poorly lubricated bearing can be
heard. This may be a result of wear, inadequate oil
reaching the bearings or the motor overheating.
