1. Use the correct device for the job. This device was designed for a specific
function. Do not modify or alter this device or use it for an unintended purpose.
2. Do not exceed the roof rack’s weight capacity (see Specifications).
3. Secure all items on the roof rack with straps or other methods to prevent
the items from moving or shifting.
4. Follow safe lifting practices when loading or unloading items to/from the roof rack.
UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the device if any part is missing. Replace the
missing part before operating. Failure to do so could result in a malfunction
and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.
Make sure that all items in the parts list are included.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Numbered references in parenthesis (#1) refer to the included Parts List.
1. Lay the rear platform (#1) flat on the floor.
Position the back plate (#3) with the flange
under the frame. Align the bolt hole in the
plate and frame. Insert a M6*25 bolt (#2)
through the frame and plate. Secure and
tighten with a knob (#4)(Fig. 1).
2. Place the front platform (#5) flat on the
floor. Snap the top clips (#7) and bottom
clips (#6) onto the top and bottom tubes of
the rack as shown in Fig. 2.
3. Install a spacer tube (#10) between the
aluminum plate (#8) and each of the
bottom clips (#6). Align the holes in the
