ELECTRIC POWER TOOL PRECAUTIONS
1. Do not use a power tool with a broken or inoperative trigger/power switch
or safety guard.
2. Make sure the power switch is in the OFF position before connecting the
tool to the power supply.
3. Do not place the tool down until the bit has stopped moving.
The bit may catch the surface of work material and wrench itself free,
causing injury to the user or others in the work area.
4. Never use a tool with a cracked or worn bit. Change the bit before using.
5. Always use both hands when operating the tool, unless the tool is designed
for single hand use.
6. Hold tool by insulated gripping surfaces when performing an operation
where it may contact hidden wiring or its own cord. Contact with a ‘live’
wire will electrify exposed metal parts and shock the operator.
7. Before using the tool on a workpiece, test the tool by running it at the
highest no-load speed for at least 30 seconds in a safe position. Stop
immediately if there is any abnormal vibration or wobbling that could
indicate poor installation of the bit. Check the tool to determine the cause.
8. Do not allow the tool's motor to overload and/or overheat by taking
work breaks.
9. When the tool is in operation, keep hands away from the bit and the area it
is being applied to.
