NOTE:
Torque the bolts 15 to 20 ft. lbs.
3. For U-bolt stabilizer jacks, place the U-bolts over the trailer tongue frame rail. Slip the ends of
the U-bolts through the stabilizer jack’s top plate. Fasten the lock washers over the bolt ends
and then the nuts. See figure 2
NOTE:
Torque the nuts to 25 to 30 ft. lbs.
WELD ON METHOD
See figure 1
1. Use 1/8 in. fillet weld No. E6011 A.W.S. welding rod (AC or DCRP) 1/8 in. diameter.
2. Machine amps 105 to 115 with 18 to 22 volts.
3. Weld the full length of both sides.

1. Extend the leg of the jack toward the centre of the camper or trailer to release from the
locking slot.
2. Swing the leg downward until the tabs engage in the locking slots. See figure 4
3. Pull the release lever. This will allow the drop leg of the telescoping jack to slide down to the
ground. See figure 5
