TROUBLE SHOOTING
If the tool does not function properly or if it is missing parts, contact Princess Auto Ltd. for a solution. If
unable to do so, have a qualified technician service the tool.
Problem(s)

The tool runs at normal speed
but loses speed under load.
Motor parts are worn.
Contact your local Princess Auto Ltd.
or have a qualified technician replace
the worn parts.
The tool runs slowly. Air is
slightly flowing from exhaust.
The motor parts are jammed
with dirt particles.
1.
Check the air inlet filter
for blockage.
2.
Lubricate the tool as
per instructions.
3.
Operate the tool in short bursts
while reversing the tool’s rotation
back and forth.
4.
Repeat as necessary, contact your
local Princess Auto Ltd if the above
steps fail.
The power regulator is in
closed position.
The air flow is
blocked by dirt.
Loss of power or
erratic performance.
Excessive drain on
the air line.
Check the air supply. If the tool is not
connected to a 1/4 in connector and a
hose with 3/8 in. I.D., connect
it properly.
Moisture or restriction in
the air pipe.
Incorrect size or type of
hose connectors.
