Description

This nailer drives 18 gauge brad nails from 3/8" to 1-1/4" in length. It has a
die cast aluminum body for strong driving and light weight, and an
aluminum alloy magazine with a large capacity. It is excellent for door and
window trims, frames, cabinet work, finish paneling, decorative trim and
flooring.

Air supply

1. Use clean, dry and regulated compressed air at 60 to 100 PSI.
2. Never exceed maximum and minimum pressure. Too low or too high

pressure would cause noise or misfiring, and can increase wear on the
tool.

3. When connecting air supply, always keep hands and body away from the

tool.

4. A filter/regulator/lubricator is required and should be located as close to

tool as possible.

5. Keep air filter clean. A dirty filter will reduce the air pressure to the tool,

causing a reduction in power and efficiency.

6. For better performance, install a quick connector in your tool and quick

coupler on the hose if possible.

7. Be sure all connections in the air supply system are sealed to prevent air

loss.

Loading fasteners and operation

Warning:  Always disconnect the tool from the compressed air before

loading. When loading the tool always point it away from
yourself and others. Make sure that you are not holding the tool
with the trigger depressed while loading  the tool.

1. Insert a strip of fasteners into the magazine, keeping it point down.
2. Release the latch and follower, and close the magazine.
3. Never operate tool unless the safety tip is in contact with the work piece.

Do not operate tool without fasteners. Damage to tool may result.

4. Never fire fasteners into air because they may injure the operator or

others, as well as damage the tool.

5. The air tool is equipped with a safety nose that disables tool unless safety

nose has been pushed against work. Hold tool body firmly and press
safety nose on workpiece where fastener is to be applied. Then press the
trigger to drive the fastener into the work piece.

6. This tool only fires one fastener at a time. To fire the next fastener, both

the trigger and the safety nose must be released.
