UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing. Replace the
missing part before operating. Failure to do so could result in a malfunction
and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.
Make sure that all items in the parts list are included.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
When this manual refers to a part number, it refers to the included Parts
Breakdown and Parts List at the end of the manual.
1. Attach the two fixed casters (17) to the front of the front legs (2).
2. Attach the four swivel casters (18) to the frame base (1).
3. Attach the front legs (2) to the frame base (1) using all four frame
pins (16), washers (13) and cotter pins (17).
NOTE: Insert the cotter pins (17) through the frame pins (16) to secure
in place.
4. Attach the main support post (3) to the frame base (1) using the bolts (12),
washers (13) and nuts (14).
5. Attach the support straps (4) to the top of the main support post (3) using
a bolt (12), washer (13) and nut (14).
6. Connect the support straps (4) to the frame base (1) using bolts (12),
washers (13) and nuts (14).
7. Slide the head assembly (5) into the collar at the top of the main support
post (3), align the holes and slide the L-shaped lock pin (11). Once the
head assembly (5) has been inserted into the main support post (3), attach
the handle (10) to the tube of the head assembly (5) that sticks out of the
back of the main support post (3).
8. Attach all four mounting arms (6) to the head assembly (5) using all four
bolts (7), washers (8) and nuts (9).
NOTE: The mounting arms can be adjusted to a majority of engines.
