Fitting the foot and discharge chute
Remove the nuts from the bolts at (a) and (b) as
shown in the illustration.
Remove the washers, bolts and spacers.
Pull the shredder slightly forward on the wooden
box, so that the screw at (c) is accessible.
Tilt the discharge chute (d) down until the holes
at (a) and (b) line up.
Position the foot (e) so that the holes line up with
the holes at (a) and (b).
Replace the spacers in the holes.
Replace the bolts and washers and tighten the
nuts.
Attaching the wheels
Slide the wheels and wheel brackets onto the axle.
Remove the nut, washer, bolt and spacer at (g).
Support the shredder, and remove the wooden
box. Please note that the shredder is heavy.
Hold the wheel brackets so the holes in them line
up with the holes at (f) and (g).
Insert a bolt (M8×20) into the hole at (f), and
tighten it gently with a nut on the inside of the
shredder.
Insert the spacer through the hole at (g) again,
and then guide the bolt through. Secure the bolt
using the washer and nut.
Tighten the bolt at (f).
It is now safe to let go of the shredder.
