After any repair or maintenance work on the 

rotary unit, check the position of the dowel 

pins (see detail B)

• 

Check the position of the dowel pins at least 

once a year (see detail B)

Changing the bearing bush of the tine arms

 NOTE

Property damage caused by the shaft W becoming 

loose and distance A too great

• 

Check the distance A at least once a year.

• 

The distance (A) should be approx. 1 mm in 

normal operation. If the shaft (W) play is 

greater, then it can be corrected with shims.

• 

If the distance (A) is greater than 4 mm, 

then change the bushes (B) on the inside of 

the tine arms.
