For Windows 95/98/ME

 OS, The Registry Editor will show as the follow picture. 

Then go to  

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\TKIT.  

 

Right click on the 

MaxRotation

, and choose Modify. 

 

 

 

Right click on MaxRotation to Modify Value data 

  

7.  Choosing the Hexadecimal Base, and replace the value data “4”(default) with 

“FFFFFFFF”.  

 

 

 

Pressing 

[OK]

 to confirm.
