ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list and hardware contents above. If any part is missing or damaged,
do not attempt to assemble the product.
Estimated Assembly Time: 45 - 60 minutes,
add an additional 20 minutes if field cutting and
drilling is required.
Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Stepladder , Phillips Screwdriver, Flathead
Screwdriver, Wire cutters, Pliers, Safety Goggles, Drill, Hand Hacksaw, Electrical Tape
Helpful Tools (not included): Wire stripper
1. To cut the track section (F), mark the
track section (F) at desired length.
Remove both end caps.
Before cutting the track section (F), consider the length of
the connectors to be used (if any).
Dislodge the copper strips on the interior of the
track section (F) by tapping the copper strips on the ends
with a blunt instrument (not included).
Tap on the track section end (F) that will be cut off and
discarded.
Do
not
remove the copper strips from the track section.
Keeping the interior copper strips in place, re-attach one
end cap.
Cut the track section (F) where marked with a hand
hacksaw (not included).
Cut should be straight, with no burrs or rough edges.
Keeping one end cap in place, pull the copper strips out
from the opposite end of the track section (F).
Push all copper strips back into track section (F).
Continue to connect other tracks.
If no more tracks will be added, attach the other end cap.
