11.  OPERATIONAL CHECK PROCEDURE - TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE 
 

To ensure the unit has been wired properly, the following provides an easily identifiable 
cross check of the 

Mat Mover

®

 functions with a corresponding control panel light. 

 
The following instructions are intended for a minimum of two people.  One person must 
observe the control panel lights, while the second person operates the unit.  For proper 
troubleshooting, the unit must be operated from the keyswitch location.  In addition, 
individual components (limit switches) must be actuated. 

10.6  

Disconnect power at power source and at control panel.  To correct phasing, 

switch wires L1 and L2 at control panel or junction box.  After switching wires, turn 
power “ON” at both the power source and control panel, and repeat Step 10.5.

If the installer is not on site at this time, switch the circuit breakers off, and 

leave the keys with the appropriate personnel, informing same the unit cannot be 
operated until the limit switches are set.  Mark the unit “
