You can download status and error information. This
information can also be made available to a Porsche
service partner.

Home installation
The Home user type of user can add and remove cur-
rent consumers here. Other corrections and additions
can only be made by the Customer service user.
Information
If home installation is repeated, the settings entered
are automatically saved after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Mains phase settings can only be entered by the
Customer service user.
Assigning current sensors
Current sensor settings can only be entered by the
Customer service user.
Configuring power sources
Power source settings can only be entered by the
Customer service user.
Entering current consumers
Enter all current consumers, e.g. garage, sauna, and
EEBus devices, e.g. Porsche Mobile Charger Connect,
Porsche Mobile Charger Plus, here and assign the
current sensors to the appropriate phases.

Opening the Web Application via
hotspot
You can open the Web Application on your device
(PC, tablet or smartphone) using a hotspot set up by
the energy manager.

To open the Web Application when a hotspot
is active, enter the following IP address in the
address line of your browser: 192.168.9.11
Information
− You may have to enter the network key to open
the Web Application. This depends on your devi-
ce's operating system.
− Depending on which browser you are using, the
Web Application may not open immediately. In-
stead, a notice regarding the browser's security
settings may be displayed first.
Logging into the Web Application
Two users are available for logging into the Web
Application: HOME USER and CUSTOMER SERVICE .
The CUSTOMER SERVICE user is intended for the
qualified electrician who sets up the energy manager.
