3.7 Binary Checker
In this unit, users can set 4 binary outputs including Pre-reverse status and reversing status. This
function can check the remote signal function and accident resolution of monitoring equipment.

Binary checker interface includes:
Left: users can set calibration parameters;
Right: it is binary input status and action time measurement result.
3.7.1 Remote Signal Function Test
Set binary output reverse status and time;
Connect binary output signal with measurement device input; the binary signal need extra
voltage.
Output: check remote signal drift.
3.7.2 Incident Resolution Test (SOE)
Set 2 channels above binary outputs pre-reverse status and reverse status. The reversed
differential value is set minimum time of SOE.
Connect binary output signal with remote signal input terminal of PM 605A. The binary
output signal needs extra voltage.
Output: check if the remote signal of measurement device can differentiate multi remote
signal shift and time error.
