7. How to Use Amplifier
7.1 Wiring
The amplifier current/ voltage input signal terminals should be connected with the simulation
system’s D/A output signal correctly.
Pay attention that the shielded layer of the signal wire at simulator side should be grounded.
7.2 Power On
Check that power supply is normal and polar of input signal wires is correct before energizing the
amplifier.
Turn on the power on the front panel after all is ready.
7.3 Current and voltage output
1) Press Pause button or send remote pause signal and correspond to the current/ voltage
terminals to the test objects.
Cancel pause function and input simulation signal. The amplifier will work in simulation
status.
2) When there is high current output and high load impedance (e.g. several protection
devices are connected to each other in serial), you can activate the high power function
for a short time. Inactivate the high power function as soon as this high current test was
done.
