Section 10 ~ Troubleshooting
As I earlier explained on page 5, if the phone is acting up the first troubleshooting step to try is turning the phone over
and unplugging the AC power cord from it, all of the lights on the phone will go off. Once this happens wait a few
seconds then plug the power back in, after a couple minutes if the phone fails to come back online or the problem still
persists please call us so we can open a ticket and get it fixed.
If we call and ask for the IP of a phone, you can find this by pressing the Home button to get to the main menu, then
select settings
status
network
TCP/IP Parameters, the IPv4 Address is the one we need.
Example: 192.168.11.214
Star Codes:
You have star codes to activate and deactivate your after-hours auto attendants. To use a star code, dial the star code
and then press the dial soft key, you will hear an audio response announcing the action taken.
To forward your phone to another number
Dial *30 then the number you wish to forward to. (ex: *308179019156)
To un-forward you phone
Dial *31.
