Section 9 ~ Voicemail 

 
 
 
 

 

 

 

To access your Voicemail, push the messages button on the left side of the dial pad (You can also access the voicemail by 
dialing 5001). You will be prompted to enter your password followed by the pound sign, the default password is 
8675309 but can be changed upon request. 

The first time that you access your voicemail box it will ask you to record your name and greeting. The name is only 
important if you are using a company directory that is searchable by the name, the greeting is what a caller will actually 
hear when he or she gets your voicemail. After doing that you will be sent to the voicemail menu where you can listen, 
save, or delete messages along with being able to change your greeting.
