Pin an Active Speaker
You can pin a call participant as the active speaker so that the participant's video displays prominently
throughout the call.
On RealPresence Group 500 and 700 systems, you can choose a participant to pin as active speaker,
and that participant's video remains spotlighted until the end of the call or that participant leaves the call.
You can also choose to change the pinned active speaker during the call.
Procedure
1.
During an MCU call, press the star key (*) on the remote control.
This activates the pin feature, and a yellow border displays around the current active speaker.
2.
Press the star key (*) repeatedly to select the participant you want to pin as the active speaker.
After you select an active speaker, you can pan, tilt, and zoom in or out the participant's camera
using the buttons on the remote control.
3.
To unpin an active speaker, press and hold the star key (*).
A blue line displays under the current active speaker.
Enable Camera Tracking During a Call
Enable camera tracking to allow the EagleEye Director or EagleEye Director II camera to automatically
focus on the person or people who are speaking.
If camera tracking is not enabled for the system, you can manually start camera tracking while in a call.
When you end the call, camera tracking stops automatically.
Note:
Muting the microphones will temporarily disable camera tracking.

Disable camera tracking to stop the camera from automatically tracking the speaker during a call.
You can disable camera tracking for a call using the camera controls, or you can temporarily disable
tracking by muting the microphone.
