16. FRESCOVAPOR
only for model

Smart_Airplus

FrescoVapor is a air freshener that contains
natural substances. When mixed with steam it
releases a fresh perfume in every space and,
thanks to its special composition, it is able to
eliminate bad odours.
To use FrescoVapor, proceed as follows:
- Unscrew the cap (19) of the deodorant re-

servoir of the steam gun and fill it with Fre-
scoVapor (20).

- Screw on the cap.
- To adjust the quantity of deodorant, use the

adjustment (21),

to reduce,

to increa-

se. FrescoVapor can be used combined with
the steam to clean all surfaces and with all the
accessories, as described in the paragraph
“Preparing for use”.

Contents: 200 ml

FrescoVapor is on sale at household applian-
ce stores, at Polti authorised service centres
or on the site www.polti.com.

WARNING:

if pressing the steam lever when

the  appliance  is  still  pressurised,  even  if  off
and  disconnected  from  the  mains,  steam
may  in  any  case  be  released  from  the  ﬂexi-
ble  hose.  As  such,  before  turning  the  ap-
pliance  off  and  putting  it  away,  please  ﬁrst
press the lever until the steam ﬂow ceases.

WARNING: Never put FrescoVapor in the
boiler. Only use water in the boiler, following
the instructions listed in the chapter 1.

By increasing the quantity of deodorant, the
surface will be slightly damper, since Fresco-
Vapor  mixes  with  the  steam  being  dispen-
sed.  To  avoid  dispensing  FrescoVapor,  turn
the adjustment completely forward ( OFF).
The  adjustment  only  determines  the  quan-
tity of deodorant that mixes with the steam.
It  does  not  regulate  the  quantity  of  steam.
To  adjust  the  quantity  of  steam,  you  must
use the steam-adjustment dial (8).

WARNING:
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth DO NOT in

duce vomiting.
Immediately contact a POISON CENTRE or
a doctor.

- Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing.
- Avoid releasing into the environment.
- Dispose of in conformity with local

regulations.

WARNING: Before using  FrescoVapor on
upholstery, leather, special fabrics and
wood surfaces,  consult  the  manufacturer’s
instructions and always carry out a test on a
hidden part or sample of the material. Allow
the steamed  part  to dry to  make sure that
no  changes  in  colour or deformations have
occurred.
