SLIDING GATE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE TABLE
The Sliding Gate Gate is a maintenance free product to a great extent. Following annual checks and
maintenance are recommended to ensure smooth operation , long service life and safety .

External cabinet
o Loose Panels /rattling
noise
o Loose /broken top
cover
o Glass in contact with
cabinet parts
• Re -seat panels
• Seurely re -seat
/replace top cover
• Re -position
cover/panel for
adequate clearence
with moving parts
Clean with soft damp
cloth as required
Photosensors
o Dust and contamination
o Loose connectors
o Loose/ misaligned
mounts
• Clean with soft brush
or pressurized dry air
• Tighten connectors
• Align, tighten mounts
Glass wings !
o Bent frame, glass
scraping frame.
o C hipped or broken
glass with sharp edges
• Align frame to se t
wing in middle of
panel.
• Replace glass wing if
damaged.
Safety

Pinch rollers (wing
stabilizers)
o Deformed rubber roller
o excessive pressure on
one or both rollers
• Replace pinch roller.
• Adjust for slight and
equal pressure on
both sides of glass
wing.
Ensure that glass
wing frame is not
bent/ angled.
Sliding Glass
Mechanism
o Foreign objects,dust or
gummed lubricant in
bottom rail
o Loose /worn out drive
belt
o Check sliding bearings
for excessive play/
noise
• Remove foreign
objects/ Clean
• Adjust belt
tension/Replace belt
if worn or dama ged
• Clean and apply light
kubricant as required
Panels must move
smoothly with no
jamming or
excessive noise.
Electronic boards
o Loose connector plugs
o Moisture and excessive
dust or foreign objects
• Tighten plugs
• Clean
Wiring Harness
o Damaged, loose, bare
wires
• Repair/replace
Faulty AC
power wiring
can cause
shock hazard!
Chassis/mechanical
assembly
o Loose, missing
nuts/bolts
• Tighten/replace as
required.
Anchoring bolts !
o Loose floor
anchors
• Secure/tighten
Unit must be
securely anchored to
floor with no
movement!
AC leakage !
o AC leakage on chassis ,
o İmproper grounding
o Damaged, loose, bare
wired AC power
