4 Recording Video Clips
• Recording Video Clips
Use the Video mode to record video clips with audio.
1. Turn the Mode Dial to
.
2. Frame your subject using the viewfinder
or LCD screen.
3. Press the Shutter button all the way to
starting recording.
4. Press the Shutter button again to stop
recording. Recording automatically
stops when the maximum recording
length is reached or the current
memory is full.

Elapsed Time
While recording, the red icon on the LCD screen and the Auto-Focus LED
blink. The recording time on the LCD screen will increase.
NOTE:
•
The zoom feature is not available during recording video clips.
•
The maximum length the camera can hold at either 640 x 480 or 320 x 240
pixels for each video clip is 3 minutes. These times may vary with scene
complexity.
•
Recording may stop unexpectedly if slow-recording cards, or cards formatted
on a different camera or a computer, or cards which have had images
recorded and deleted repeatedly are being used for recording video clips.
