4 My player does not play videos
Be sure the video file is in the correct format. See the Watching Videos section of
tis manual for a list of video formats supported by the player
Warning Indications
1 Low Battery
Connect the player to a powered USB port to let the player’s battery
charge fully; around 2.5 – 3 hours. Do not attempt to charge the player
from a USB hub.
2 Licenses Expired
Purchased songs have a subscription that lasts only so long. Once it
expires, you’ll need to connect the player to your PC and perform a
music track sync to refresh all licenses automatically.
3 Error! Reformat with Firmware Updater
This error will likely require you to update the firmware of the player. Go
to
www.polaroid.com
and locate the support page for the MPA-20011S
for more information..
4 Lock Icon
When you set the lock button to lock, an icon will appear on the screen.
You may want to lock the keys on your player when it’s in your pocket,
purse, backpack, etc. This prevents the player from turning on
accidentally, changing songs, etc. If you switch the lock button back to
off, the lock icon disappears and you’ll be able to use your buttons
again.
