1 I was using the player and now it’s not responding. None of the buttons
work and I can’t even turn it off.
Is the player locked?
If the player is locked, a lock icon will appear on the screen. Make sure the
player is unlocked by switching the lock key to the off or unlock position; the lock
icon will disappear.

Are you using a USB hub instead to connect the player to your computer?
Do not use a USB hub when connecting to your computer; connect the player
directly to your computer’s USB port.
Or, your computer’s USB port may not be functioning properly.
Connect the player to another USB port which is known to function correctly.
