I n s t a l l i n g t h e ibid S o f t w a r e

Installing & Configuring ibid

Installing the ibid Software

In Windows, place the

ibid

Software CD in your

CD-ROM drive. The setup program starts.

If the setup program does not start, open Win-

dows Explorer and double-click Setup.exe on
the CD.

Follow the prompts to install the software.

The setup program detects the port to which your
whiteboard is attached.

At the end of the installation, register your white-
board for warranty purposes and to receive software
upgrades and technical support.

Restart your PC (if prompted).

Starting ibid

Start your PC and launch Windows.

Select Start->Programs->

ibid

. The software

starts up and detects your connected whiteboard.

Use the whiteboard or software tools.

All your annotations are recorded in

ibid

as long as the

application is open (even minimized).
