8 Common Troubleshooting
If you experience any problems when using the watch, please see the below solutions. If
the problems still exist, please contact your local distributor or appointed repair centers for
more assistance. The Toll free number can be found on the last page of the warranty.
8.1 Bluetooth disconnects easily or connection failed?
Please ensure that app is running in the background for Android, it is recommended that
your app is added to the protected background applications. If you are still unable get the
Bluetooth connected, please shut down and close the app from the background of your
phone and then restart it again.
8.2 The watch
can’t be found by the smartphone?
Please put the phone near the watch before searching for the connection. If your phone
still can not find the watch, close the Purifit app, and then restart it again. Or turn off your
mobile phone
’s Bluetooth, and turn it on again to connect it again.
8.3 I do not receive a message reminder from the binding.
Please ensure the messages are added to the status bar of the phone, and keep the
Purifit app running in the background for Android users.
