Mobile frames:
Loaded mobile frames can only be handled on a horizontal surface by a person with sufficient fitness or by more
persons. It is forbidden to handle loaded mobile frames on an inclined surface or to put other heavy loads on the objects
laid on them. Further, it is forbidden to sit or step on mobile frames, or transport persons by means of them. Always
observe them during movement; after stopping, secure them against movement. Leave mobile frames unattended only
if they cannot start moving spontaneously. If the mobile frame cannot be transported safely on its castors, use handling
equipment. If the mobile frame is transported by means of handling equipment, it must always be empty. Objects of
greater weight should preferably be stored in the lower parts. Do not exceed the permissible loads of mobile frames or
their parts.
Auxiliary table:
Loaded auxiliary tables can only be handled on a horizontal surface by a person with sufficient fitness and only if there is
no risk of the objects laid on it falling off. It is forbidden to handle loaded auxiliary tables on an inclined surface or to put
other heavy loads on the objects laid on them. When changing the table working height, the worktop surface must
always be empty. It is forbidden to sit or step on the auxiliary tables, or transport persons by means of them. Always
observe them during movement; after stopping, secure them against movement. Leave auxiliary tables unattended only
if they cannot start moving spontaneously. Do not exceed the maximum permissible loads of auxiliary tables or their
parts.

Weights of individual products and capacities of loading areas are indicated in the current workshop furniture catalogue,
which can be found at www.polakcz.cz. Do not overload any of the products or use them in other than the intended
way. The total load must not exceed the maximum allowed load of the weakest element of the given product. The
ergonomic workplace products and their parts are not intended for plants with increased content of dust particles in the
air (joinery plants, etc.).
In all the products, only locate and use accessories recommended and approved by the manufacturer. It is forbidden to
tamper with the design of the ergonomic workplace products or their accessories in any way. Only use them in
conformity with safety regulations.
Electric strips can only be connected by a qualified technician. Before
commissioning, provide an initial inspection of electrical equipment, and then regular inspections according to the
legislation in force.
If objects which could cause damage to the surface or individual components owing to their character are placed on the
products, the products can be protected by auxiliary accessories, such as a rubber lining. We recommend that you
choose a suitable type of product with regard to its use and operating load in coordination with the manufacturer.
Forced handling may result in, for instance, permanent deformation of metal parts, breaking of a key or malfunction of
extensions.

Maintenance:
Maintenance involves lubrication of extensions and other friction areas with grease, surface cleaning with a wet
cloth to remove dirt and subsequent drying. Electronic components can only be wiped with a dry cloth. For
cleaning, only use common cleaning agents for household use intended for plastic, metal or painted surfaces of
