Lower foot well trim (driver side,
under steering wheel)
Next, position the driver side
lower strap
Now tighten the lower straps by pulling on the loose ends of the strap.
Watch to make sure that the rubber bumpers are still located where
you want them. Tighten the upper strap as well if needed.
