Plum Setup & User’s Guide v1.5 – updated July 2017

Customer agrees that wine preservation will be dramatically impacted by how the bottle is

stored and handled prior to being added to Plum, the varietal of the wine, the winemaking, and

a variety of other factors outside of Plum’s control. Plum does not guarantee or promise any

specific length of wine preservation or monetary benefit from the use of the Products or any

feature of them. Actual preservation and monetary benefits vary with factors beyond Plum’s

control or knowledge

YOUR RIGHTS AND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal rights that

vary by state, province, or jurisdiction. Likewise, some of the limitations in this Limited

Warranty may not apply in certain states. The terms of this Limited Warranty will apply to the

extent permitted by applicable law. For a full description of your legal rights you should refer to

the laws applicable in your jurisdiction and you may wish to contact a relevant consumer

advisory service.
