6.2 Cleaning the belts (continued)

Clean the belts
The upper belt (A) can easily be rotated in either
direction. The lower belts can be rotated in either
direction by pulling them (Fig. 1).

Place the belts in normal position. (It is possible that after cleaning and rotating the belts,
the belts are removed from their normal position.)
6.
Remove the paper
Remove the paper from Trim Drawer and close the Trim
Drawer (Fig. 2).
7.
Turn ‘ON’ the STR.
A signal ‘Cover Open’ will appear.
8.
Close the Top Cover.
The Knife blocks will automatically move to their
operating position ready for current Job.
6.3 Removing trim waste from waste area
During normal operation trim waste can fall outside the trim waste bin. On a weekly basis, open the waste
bin drawer, remove the waste bin and remove trim waste that is inside the machine. Also remove trim waste
that may have gone stuck on the waste transport belt.
