Dear Customer,
We thank You very much for having purchased one of our products. Before using it, we kindly ask
You to read carefully this instruction manual and store it in a safe place for future consultations.
GENERAL WARNINGS
1)
Remove the packing material and check that the appliance is intact. In case of doubt do not
use it and contact our After-sale service. Do not leave packaging material like plastic bags,
foam polystyrene and staples within reach of children. Before connecting the appliance to
the power socket, check that the electrical voltage and the frequency of the circuit
corresponds to those marked on the product’s rating label.
2)
The appliance must be connected to a circuit approved accordingly the civil plants
regulation. The plant has to be related to the nominal power of the appliance and has to be
provided with an ground-wire.
3)
Do not cover the unit as this could create danger of overheating.
4)
Do not insert any objects in the opening of the heater.
5)
Use the appliance only for mentioned purpose, namely as heater for domestic use. Any
other use must be consider improper and therefore dangerous.
6)
The manufacturer is not responsible for any eventual damage caused by improper or faulty
use.
7)
The safe use of this appliance require the respect of some basic rules such as: never touch
the appliance with wet or damp feet or hands; never expose the appliance to atmospheric
conditions (rain, direct sun, etc); do not expose the appliance to humidity or water.
8)
The appliance must always be placed on a flat and stable surface.
9)
When the appliance is not used and before any maintenance operation, the appliance must
always be unplugged.
10)
The appliance is made of dangerous components that must be kept always out of reach of
children.
11)
Do not use the appliance in bathroom or in the immediate surroundings of showers, bath-
tubs or swimming pools.
12)
The power cable must never touch the hot parts of the appliance.
13)
The appliance must be always used when placed vertically.
14)
Do not use the appliance near furniture, curtains or other combustible materials.
15)
Do not place the appliance near flammable materials.
16)
Do not locate the heater immediately below a socket-outlet.
17)
Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or the like.
Arrange cord away from traffic area where it will not be tripped over.
18)
To disconnect heater, turn controls to OFF then remove the plug from outlet.
19)
Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may
cause fire, electric shock or damage the heater.
20)
Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer or any other device that switches the heater
on automatically, since a fire risk exist if the heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
21)
In case the power cord is damaged please contact our After-sale Service.
