Carefully remove all pieces from carton and
make sure that you have all parts listed (refer
to parts list on page 2-3).
If you are missing parts, please call GHP
customer service at 1-877-447-4768.

. Attach support leg (J) to base (D) with bolt
(AA) and washer (BB) through predrilled holes
as illustrated.

. Set base (D) upright and insert 4 dowels
(CC) into pre-drilled holes in base (D). Slip
left inner panel (G) over dowels on the left
side. Slip right inner panel (H) over dowels on
right side. Make sure both panels are snug,
then secure with washers (BB) and bolts (AA)
inserted through pre-drilled holes as illustrated.
Tighten with screwdriver.

. Assemble top shelf (B) and side panels (E
and F) by inserting dowels (CC) into each
end of top shelf (B) as illustrated. Slip left
side panel (E) over dowels (CC) and secure
with boltsn (AA) and washers (BB). Repeat
using right side panel (F). Tighten all bolts with
screwdriver.
