Danger!
• Handle a damaged or leaking battery with
extreme care and dispose of it properly and im-
mediately. Wear gloves to handle the battery.
• If you come into contact with battery acid then
wash the affected area with soap and water.
If battery acid gets in your eye rinse it out with
water and seek medical help immediately!
• Do not short-circuit the terminals.
Assembly
When assembling the product, pay attention to
the individual steps as shown in Figs. B–M.

Assembly variants can be found in the enclosed
overview.
Note:
assembly variants with multiple, con-
secutive curved parts can potentially derail the
vehicle!
Before using the tracks for the first time, clean
them with a damp cloth!
Changing the batteries in the
police car
WARNING! Pay attention to the follow-
ing instructions to avoid mechanical and
electrical damage.
The product contains two batteries.
When the batteries are flat, you can replace
them.
1. Carefully lift up the roof (4a) of the police car
(4) (Fig. N).
2. Using a suitable Phillips screwdriver (not
included in the package contents), loosen the
two screws (4b) (Fig. O).
3. Remove the roof completely from the battery
holder (4e) and carefully remove the flat bat-
teries. Swap these out for new batteries (4d)
(Fig. P).
Note:
check the plus/minus poles of the batter-
ies and insert them correctly.
The batteries must be completely inside the
battery compartment.
4. Place the button (4c) in the opening (Fig. P)
and screw the roof back together with the
battery holder.
Activate the light and sound
of the police car
Press the button (4c) on the police car (4) to
activate the light and the siren.
Storage, cleaning
When not in use, always store the product dry,
clean, without batteries, and at room tempera-
ture.
Only clean the product with a damp cloth and
wipe dry afterwards.
Attention: the rails should be cleaned before
using them for the first time!
IMPORTANT! Never clean the product with
harsh cleaning agents.
Disposal
Dispose of the article and the packaging materi-
als in accordance with current local regulations.
Packaging materials such as foil bags are not
suitable to be given to children. Keep the packa-
ging materials out of the reach of children.
Dispose of the products and the
packaging in an environmentally friendly
manner.
The recycling code is used to identify
various materials for recycling.
The code consists of the recycling symbol
– which is meant to reflect the recycling cycle –
and a number which identifies the material.
Devices that are marked with the symbol
shown here may not be disposed of with
domestic waste. You are obliged to dispo-
se of these kinds of used electrical and electronic
devices separately. Ask your local authority
about possible methods for regulated disposal.
Remove the batteries from the article before
disposing of it.
Dispose of batteries carefully
Please note:
Batteries are hazardous
waste and may not be disposed of with
domestic waste by law. You can hand
over used batteries free of charge at local
collection points or at retail outlets. Special
containers are provided here for this purpose.
