Make sure that the deepened notch is
facing the longer side of the mudguard.
2b) Put the frame (5) onto the fork (Fig. E).
Make sure that the notch is put into the
guide provided.
When mounting the fork to the frame,
make sure that the longer part of the
mudguard is under the frame and is
facing the rear wheel.
3. Mounting the basket
Put the basket (17) onto the fork (Fig. F).
4. Mounting the handlebars
4a) Put the clamp (16) onto the fork (Fig. G).
Make sure that the notch on the clamp
fits into the guide at the basket.
4b) Put a cap (4) on the handlebar tube (Fig. I).
4c) Put the handlebar tube into the fork (Fig. K).
4d) Make sure that the brake Bowden cable is
correctly routed to the handlebars (Fig. H).
4e) Guide the Bowden cable under the frame
from left to right. Put the rubber plug into the
opening provided on the lower side of the
frame.
4f) Guide the Bowden cable under the basket
before putting the handlebars into the fork.
Take note of the maximum extension
height marked!
Tighten the nut on the clamp with the tool (20)
and slide the cap over the clamp.
5. Mounting the saddle
5a) Put a cap on the saddle with the saddle tube
(3) (Fig. J).
5b) Put the saddle tube into the slot on the frame
(Fig. L).
Take note of the maximum extension
height marked!
5c) Tighten the nut with the tool, to secure the
saddle and then push the cap over the nut.
6. Mounting the front wheel
6a) Press the two spaces (8) into the rim of the
front wheel (9).
6b) Attach the front wheel (9) to the fork with 2
washers (7) and the axle bolt (6) (Fig. C).
6c) Secure the axle bolt (6) with the appropriate
nut (10).
• The item may not be used in the dark or when
there is poor visibility!
• The item may not be used on sloping ground,
or in the vicinity of stairs or open water!
Avoid danger areas!
Safety instructions for use
• Keep in mind that children often cannot
correctly assess their own abilities and certain
dangerous situations! Unforeseeable situations
can arise due to children’s play needs, for
which the liability of the distributor/manufac-
turer is excluded.
• Teach the child how to handle the item proper-
ly and alert them to possible dangers!
• The child must be confident that they are al-
ways in control of slowing down and braking
the item.
Practice slowing down and braking with the
feet as well as with the brake before using the
item.
• There is a danger of slipping on slick surfaces!
Bear in mind that there is always the danger
of a fall when the item is being used.
Assembly
CAUTION!
Assembly of the item must always be carried out
by an adult!
CAUTION!
Keep children away from the item and the
packaging materials during assembly. Risk
of suffocation and choking due to small parts
that can be swallowed or inhaled and risk of
suffocation due to plastic bags.
1. Mounting the mudguard
Attach the mudguard (11) to the fork (14), from
below, with screw (12) and washer (13) (Fig. B).
Make sure that the curved washer is
inserted with a positive-locking fit.
2. Mounting the frame
2a) Put the T-connector (15) onto the fork
(Fig. D).
