At the previously marked locations, drill

" holes through the top
and side of the dock.
Attach ladder brackets to the side of the dock facing each
other as shown (Fig. 2). Secure using
³⁄₈
" x 2" carriage
bolts,
³⁄₈
" flat washers,
³⁄₈
" lock washers and
³⁄₈
" hex nuts
as shown.
NOTE
:
If you are installing the ladder on a floating dock, you will need to remove the float(s) located under the
brackets prior to this step. After completing this step, reattach the float(s).
Note: If decking boards are 2" or thicker, you will need to
remove plate washer.
Attach ladder brackets on the top facing each other and
place plate washers at the bottom as shown (Fig. 1).
Secure using

" hex nuts as shown. Do not over
tighten.
