Troubleshooting

General Troubleshooting
Problem
Possible Cause

Gaoe will not power up
Gaoe not plu//ed in.
Plu/ /aoe into outlet.
Gaoe not turned on.
Turn on oain power switch.
Gaoe fuse is blown.
Check and replace fuse.
Gaoe power line circuit breaker
tripped.
Check and reset /aoe power line
circuit breaker.
No power to receptacle.
Test outlet and plu/ /aoe into
powered outlet.
PC not turned on.
Ensure IEC cable t/htly plu//ed in.
Trace cable back to source to ensure
contnuity.
PC BIOS set incorrectly.
Set PC BIOS to boot on power.
NO VIDEO

properly
Reattach and/or t/hten video cable
to oonitor.
Reattach and/or t/hten video cable
to PC.
Faulty video cable
Replace video cable
No sound
Bad Connecton
Check connecton to speakers and
aoplifer board.
USB Sound adapter Disconnected
Check USB cable and connecton
Gaoe does not load
Hard drive test reports “bad” or
“oissin/” fles.
Gaoe fails to fnish loadin/.
Hard drive failure
Recover hard drive.
Afer resetn/e /aoe stll reports an
error.

Use “Test” Switch to Enter Test
Mode
and Run “File Test.”
Press Start To Contnue.

Run File Test. Restore hard drive.
