Administrators may control user’s extension call forward setting through this page.

Extension

: Extension number to do call forward

Forward Number : Call forward destination

Forward Mode

: Call Forward Modes



Off

: No Call Forward



All

: Forward All Calls to specific telephone number



Busy

: When extension is busy, call forward to specific telephone number



No Answer : When extension rings for specific time (specified in next field) and user did not answer,

call will be forwarded to specific telephone number
