Declaration of Conformity according
EG-Machine Directive 2006/42/EG Annex VII A
We,
PLANETA-Hebetechnik GmbH, Resser Strasse 17, D-44653 Herne
declare that the hereafter named product, in its conception and design as well as in the
from us released version, is in its standard setup intended for the purpose of lifting and
lowering of loads and including a load test, corresponds to the fundamental health and
satefy regulations of the EG-Machine directive.
This declaration of conformity is not valid anymore due to change of the product which
is not confirmed by us. This declaration of conformity loses its validity as well, if the the
product is used for other than the intended purpose as described in this user manual and
the periodic inspections are not carried out.

Annex VII A have been created and we are committed to supply these to the market
authority by our documentation department if requested
